1. ABOUT US
TravelDesk ("we," "us," "our") is a corporate travel solutions company providing air ticketing, visa assistance, hotel bookings, and ground transportation services. Our registered office is located at "Saphalya", Behind Police Camp, Marol Maroshi Road, Andheri East, Mumbai - 400 059.
2. SERVICES
We provide the following travel management services:
- Air ticket bookings (domestic and international)
- Visa assistance and documentation
- Hotel reservations
- Ground transportation and car rentals
- End-to-end corporate travel management
3. BOOKING PROCESS
- All bookings are made upon client request via email, phone, or our contact form
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment and written confirmation from TravelDesk
- Prices are subject to availability and may change until booking is confirmed
- All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, hotels, and service providers
4. PAYMENT TERMS
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, payment links/gateways, or other approved payment methods
- Full payment is required before ticket issuance unless otherwise agreed
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise
- GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal and travel information
- Ensuring valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID)
- Meeting check-in and departure times
- Complying with airline baggage policies
- Informing us of any special requirements in advance
6. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
- Clients must possess valid passports with minimum 6 months validity
- Visa requirements vary by destination; we assist but clients are responsible for obtaining necessary visas
- We are not liable for entry denial due to incomplete documentation. Grant of Visas OR Entry Permits are at the sole discretion of the respective Consulates/Embassies/Immigrations & TravelDesk does not have any influence whatsoever on the outcome of the visa applications
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- We act as intermediaries between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.)
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service failures by third-party providers
- Our liability is limited to the service fees charged by TravelDesk
- We are not responsible for losses due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, natural disasters, etc.)
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of TravelDesk and protected under Indian copyright laws.
9. PRIVACY
Your personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We do not share client data with third parties except as required for booking services.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11. AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
